      Using your Chaser Demo organisation

      Try Chaser using dummy data, without connecting your Account System or ERP.

      Try Chaser using dummy data, without connecting your accounting system or ERP. 

      1. Sign up now for a 14-day free trial—no payment details needed. Just your details here.
      2. Check for your confirmation email. Once it arrives, create your password and log in to Chaser.
      3. Select “Demo organisation” from the options

      4. Name your organisation

      5. Select the country, currency and timezone for your organisation

      1. The country will determine whether you have access to country specific features like Chaser Collections and Chaser Pay.

      6. Select Confirm

      The demo organisation is populated with dummy data to allow you to experience Chasers key functionality without needing to connect your accounting system or ERP. 

      Send a Chaser

      All recipients in the Demo organisation use the creator's email address, meaning you can send a Chase to your email and see what will be sent to your customer. Follow the steps to send yourself a Chase now or scheduled chase in your demo organisation. 

      Chase now

      1. Go to your customer list 
      2. Select a customer
      3. Choose Chase now

      4. Select your template from the drop-down

      5. Select Send chaser

      Scheduled chase

      1. Go to your Schedules page and select an existing schedule which includes customers
      2. Add a Chaser which will trigger a Chase for one or multiple invoices in your account (review the overdue days on the invoices)

      3. Set your desired chase time


      Your chase should be sent to your email within a few minutes of your selected chase time.

      In the Demo organisations call chasers will be sent from support@chaser.io using Chasers email integrations functionality. Once you subscribe, you can connect your email account (Standard and Enterprise subscriptions only) or verify your domain. This means the emails will look like they are sent directly from you.

       

      View collections notes

      In UK Demo organisations, go to Collections (in progress) and review the invoice history on the invoices to see examples of Chaser Collections notes.

       

      Limitations

      Within your demo organisation, some Chaser features are limited which will become available once you take out a paid subscription
