Chaser’s Help Centre is available 24/7 and is the quickest way to find your answer by searching for key words.

If you need additional help, email support@chaserhq.com or message via the live-chat in the bottom right-hand corner of the web-app. We'll respond to you as soon as possible between 8am-5 pm GMT.

Chaser users on Standard plans and above are able to receive assistance via video call and over the phone. Basic level subscribers may receive support via email and live chat only.
