View recent activity in your organizations Chaser account.

View all recent events within the Recent events module on your Chasefeed.

Events are time-stamped on the right-hand side of the module. This will show a maximum of 14 days' worth of events or 30 events. Click the Load more button to see earlier events.

Click the blue customer name or invoice number to view the relevant customer or invoice page.

Events included within the Chasefeed module

  • All chasing is paused using the option within Manage
  • Event: <user> paused/resumed Chaser
  • All chasing is paused until a specific date using the option within  Manage
  • Event: <user> paused Chaser until <selected date>
  • Chaser is resumed using a preset date
  • Event: Chaser was resumed using a preset date
  • A new customer’s invoice is raised in your accounting system and is assigned to a schedule
  • Event: <customer Name> automatically assigned to schedule <schedule name>
  • A user moves an existing customer to a new schedule
  • <customer name> was moved to <schedule name> by <user name>
  • A customer replies directly to a chase
  • Event: Reply from <contact name> at <customer name>: <invoice number>  
  • A user responds to a debtor’s response to a chase
  • Event: Response from <user name> to <customer name>: <invoice number>
  • A customer reaches a preset percentage of their credit limit
  • Event: <customer name> has reached <percentage> of the credit limit
  • A customer completes a direct debit mandate
  • Signed up to BACS Direct Debit: <customer name>
  • A user adds a note to a customer or an invoice
  • Event: Note added by <user name> for <customer name>: <invoice number>
  • A user updates your invoice grouping method
  • Event: Your invoice grouping method was updated by <user name>
  • A call was registered
  • Call registered by <user name> for <customer name> <invoice number>
  • A dispute was raised for a customer


Event: Dispute opened by <user name> for: <customer name> <invoice number>
