Updating your payment details
Only the Subscriber of your account is able to update payment details in Chaser. Navigate to ‘Billing’ via the top right-hand dropdown menu and a pop-up box will appear. Follow the instructions on the screen to update your payment information.
To change your Subscriber, your current Subscriber must email us with details of the change at: support@chaserhq.com.
