Email support@chaserhq.com if you'd like to assign a different person as the subscribing user or owner of an organisation. The request will need to be sent from the current owner and/or subscriber. Before making the transfer, the new owner/subscriber needs to be a verified user for that organisation within Chaser.
Check who the current Owner and Subscriber for your organisation are within your Organisation settings under Organisation Settings > Users. If the current subscriber or owner has already left your business, please get in touch and we’ll assist you with additional security steps.
The Owner has permission to add and remove Users within your organisation.
The Subscriber has permission to add and remove Users within your organisation and change billing information including updating your subscription level.
