Learn how to use the chasing insights dashboard

The chasing insights dashboard allows you to view your last scheduled chase and select a period to view your historical chases, including any Chase Now reminders you sent. 

Adjust the date range to view data for another time period, you can view up to 12 months previous.

The top section of the chasing insights dashboard displays information based on chases sent within the day or date range specified.

Chased

View the number of invoices chased during the date range selected.

Paid

View the number of invoices that were chased during the date range selected and have since been paid.

Emails

View the number of emails sent and the number of invoices chased for your selected period. 

Auto-calls

View the number of auto-calls made and the number of invoices chased for your selected period.

SMS

View the number of SMS sent and the number of invoices chased for your selected period.

Letters

View the number of letters sent and the number of invoices chased for your selected period.

Bounced

The number of invoices that could not be delivered to your debtor’s email in the selected period. This can be due to issues such as an invalid email address or a full mailbox. This will only appear if at least 1 email has bounced from chases sent within your selected date range.

The bottom section of the chasing insights module displays your paid metrics for the following timeframes:

Paid within selected date range

This section does not consider whether an invoice has been chased and provides a full view of your payments within the date range that you have selected.


Paid today

View the value and number of invoices that have been paid today. Make sure you sync with your accounting system to see the most up-to-date information. 


Navigate to invoices

All text highlighted in blue is a hyperlink and will take you directly to the Receivables, Invoices
list with the relevant invoices from the last chase filtered.


The monetary value is converted and displayed in your accounting systems base currency.
