Changing your password

If you have forgotten your password, you can update it within Chaser when logged in or out.

Change your password within Chaser

• Navigate to Account settings and select Security.
  
• In the Change password section, type your current password in the box labelled Current password.
• Type your new password in the box labelled New password.

• Click Save password

• Enter your email address when prompted. Ensure this is the email you use to log in to Chaser.
  
• Click on the link in the email you received. 
• You’ll receive an email to confirm that your password has changed.
• If you don’t receive an email with a link to reset your password, this means the email you entered is not associated with a Chaser user.
