Changing subscription plan

The process of changing your subscription depends on whether you subscribed via the xero app store or directly through the Chaser website. Please see details below:

Direct subscriber

If you would like to change the plan that you are subscribed to, please email us at support@chaserhq.com.

Xero app store subscriber

For subscriptions initiated through the xero app store, upgrades can be processed by following the below steps:

  1. Log into Xero 
  2. Click your organisation name (top left)
  3. Click app store
  4. Select a higher tier plan
