*Multiple invoices are grouped in chases to give the emails a more human feel. Read more about how this works and how to optimise your grouping here.
Create a repeating chase
You can create a repeating chase by selecting your final chase in the overdue section, you can only repeat an email, SMS or auto-call. Then enter the frequency with which you would like this to repeat in the Repeat every X days section.
You can also choose how often this chase will repeat by checking the Repeat limit box and entering how many times you wish for it to repeat. If you want this chase to repeat indefinitely, leave this box unchecked.

Delete a chase
You can delete a chase by clicking into the chase within the schedule and selecting Delete Chaser.

Paid chases
If a paid chase is on schedule, an email or SMS thanking the customer for paying will be sent automatically on the next weekday as per your Thanks for paying/Monthly statement chase time settings.

Thanks for paying emails will be sent the next working day after the payment was made, at your selected time.
Thanks for paying messages will be sent for invoices which are fully paid, set to be chased, and for invoices set to not chase if the associated customer is set to chase. Even if you do not wish to chase the invoice before it has been marked as paid, an acknowledgement of the payment will still be sent to your customer on your behalf once it has been marked as paid. Thanks for paying messages will not be sent for partially paid invoices.
To add a paid chase, scroll to the bottom of your schedule and select the + button. Personalise this with your Thanks for paying single and multi templates.

Thanks for paying messages are not supported for customers using Chaser API or Zapier. For customers using Chaser's Import integration, payment files must be uploaded to send thanks for paying messages, as well as the invoices being marked as fully paid in the invoices file.
