Access your notifications panel

Access your notifications panel by clicking the bell symbol on the right side of the top orange navigation bar. In this panel, you'll see reminders for overdue invoices you've set and notifications when other users mention you in an invoice note.

The bell icon shows the number of unread notifications.

You can access the invoice or customer mentioned by clicking on the notification. The notification will then be marked as read. Alternatively, you can simply mark the notification as red by clicking the red bubble on the right of the notification.

Click Mark all as read at the top right-hand side of the panel to mark all notifications as read. If you accidentally marked a notification as read or need to revisit it, you can re-mark it as unread by clicking the faded grey dot next to read notifications.

Your notifications panel is unique to you. Only your notifications for the specific organization you’re viewing will appear.

Change your notification settings

Under Account settings, you can manage your email notifications for each organization you access. To do so, click the person icon at the top right-hand side of the screen in Chaser and select Account settings from the drop-down menu.

Under the notifications tab, you can turn email notifications on or off for:

  • Reminders on notes
  • Mentions on notes
  • Upon reaching the credit limit
  • Chaser Pay payment notifications (UK organizations only)

You receive in-app notifications for reminders and mentions regardless of these settings.
