Invoice dispute marketing

Filter, sort and manage all outstanding invoices from the Invoices tab on your Receivables page.

You can access a specific invoice page via the Receivables > Invoices list or the specific Customer view by clicking on an invoice number.

View up-to-date invoice information including:

  • Customer
  • Chasing status
  • Expected payment date
  • Schedule
  • Initial value
  • Outstanding value
  • Chasing history including sent and received emails and notes

Choose of the following actions:

For Xero users

Your expected payment date will be pushed into Xero and saved against the relevant invoice unless:

  • The invoice has a part payment, prepayment or credit note applied against it within Xero.
  • You created the invoice within an active lock period in Xero.
  • Therefore, the expected payment date will revert to the original scheduled payment date after being saved in Chaser and will not push through into Xero.


How to add notes

Add notes straight from this screen.

Notes remain attached to invoices until the invoice has been paid.

Select the Add Note button and enter your comments in the note modal.

Click Save note to confirm. Set a reminder notification using the calendar option.

For your convenience, you can attach a note to multiple invoices in one go. Use the dropdown menu under Attach invoices and select the relevant invoices. This feature saves you time and effort, making invoice management more efficient.

View invoice history

You can view all invoice history, including notes, automated and manual chases, monthly statements, and thank you for paying emails and customer responses regarding this invoice. You can also consult the conversation history at any time. 

View the details of each event by clicking on the row you would like to expand.
