Forewarn
Selecting Forewarn for a sender means that reminders will be sent to their email address in the 24 hours before any scheduled chases or statements are sent out. It also means that the sender is informed weekly about invoices that have reached the end of their schedule i.e. invoices that are no longer eligible to be chased automatically.
As long as the scheduled chase is set 24 hours in advance, forewarns for chases are sent at the following times in your organization's timezone. Note that if your chasing time overlaps any of the below forewarn windows, then you will receive two forewarn emails:
- 5 am for chases scheduled between 7 am and 5 pm today
- 10 am for chases scheduled between 12 pm today and 7 am tomorrow
- 3 pm for chases scheduled between 5 pm today and 12 pm tomorrow
You can also see your next scheduled chase by looking at your Upcoming chase view, which is found in the Dashboard:
Statement reminders are sent out at 8 am, one and three days before the statement is due to be sent.
