      Normal and escalated senders

      You can change the font and font size used in your emails.

      You can set the font and font size of your chaser templates under Manage > Email > Formatting.

      Use the dropdowns to select your desired font type and size. This will change the font of your chasers.

      You can test these changes to your formatting by sending yourself a test chaser from the template page.
