Changing billing email address

To change your billing email address (the email address that we email the invoice for your Chaser subscription), please ask your subscribing user to send us an email containing both your current billing email address and the new email address that you would like us to change it to. Please ensure that the new billing email address is currently a user on Chaser.

 

(You can find out who your subscribing user is in the Chaser App by clicking on the person icon in the top right of your screen, then clicking 'Organisation Settings' and then clicking 'Users')
