Change your billing email address
Invoices are emailed to your billing email address each month. Your account Subscriber or Owner should email support@chaserhq.com with your current billing email address and the new one you’d like us to use. The latest email address must already be a verified user on the Chaser organization.
View your subscribing user in the Chaser App by navigating to Organization Settings.
Additional billing contacts
You can add additional contacts to receive billing updates and invoices. Your account subscriber or owner should email to ask for additional contacts, including their name and email address. They do not need to be Chaser users to be additional contacts.
