Change your billing email address

Invoices are sent to your billing email address each month. If you'd like to change your billing email address your account subscriber/owner should email support@chaserhq.com from your current billing email address, and provide details of the new email address you would like Chaser to use going forward. The new email address must already be a verified user in your Chaser organization.

View your subscribing user in the Chaser App by navigating to Organization Settings.

Additional billing contacts

You can add additional contacts to receive billing updates and invoices. Your account subscriber/owner should email to ask for additional contacts, including their name and email address. They do not need to be Chaser users to be additional contacts.
