What does the Xero App Store subscriptions retirement mean for my Chaser subscription?
Xero has announced that Xero App Store subscriptions (XASS) will be retired as part of changes to their pricing and platform policies

If you are currently billed for Chaser or joined Chaser via XASS, your subscription will need to be migrated to Chaser’s billing system before 1 July 2026.
What this means for you
- Your Chaser service will continue to run as normal during the transition
- New Chaser users can no longer be added to XASS billing
- Existing XASS subscriptions must be moved off XASS by 1 July 2026
- Xero cannot transfer payment details
