Changing subscription

Understand when and how you will be charged and receive your Chaser invoice.

Your account owner and subscriber will receive an email containing the PDF invoice for your Chaser subscription(s) each month. 

Each subscription is invoiced separately. 

Add billing contacts

Add additional billing contacts who need to receive the PDF invoices by emailing support@chaserhq.com.

Billing after the free trial is over

You are charged and receive your invoice from Chaser at the end of your trial, even if you commit to a plan before then. Charges will apply for the upcoming month. For example, if you subscribe on April 6th but your trial extends until April 8th, your initial charge will occur on April 8th and cover the period from April 8th to May 7th.

View your invoices

To access your Chaser invoices, your subscribing user can click on the top right of the screen and navigate to Billing.

Safelist Chaser

If you have yet to receive your invoice, but are the subscriber, owner or additional billing contact, your email provider likely has blocked your invoices. To resolve this, please safelist and add the billing emails used by Chaser to your email provider's contacts list. The billing emails are billing@chaser.io and billing@chaserhq.com.

For Gmail

  1. Navigate to See all Settings

  1. Select Filters and Blocked Addresses

  2. Select Create a New Filter
  3. Add the Email Address you want to Whitelist in the From field

  4. Click Create filter
  5. Tick Never send it to Spam in the options that appear

  6. Click Create filter

The subscription payment method is credit or debit card. For subscriptions exceeding the limit of your credit card, please contact billing@chaserhq.com.
