You can find the oustanding amount graph on your Dashboard.
The outstanding amount graph provides a clear view of your current account balances, including overdue invoices sectioned by age. Use this graph to monitor outstanding invoices and stay on top of overdue debt.
How to use the outstanding amount graph
- Hover over the bars: Reveal exact amounts and the number of invoices each bar represents.
- Select an aged debt bar. Quickly navigate to the Invoices tab, where the relevant aged debt filter has already been applied.
To manually adjust filters, go to Receivables > Invoices > Filters > Aged debt.
How the graph updates
The figures displayed in the outstanding amount graph are updated daily at midnight. The graph uses the most up-to-date exchange rates available at the time.
